Who We Are
44Stronger comes from “For Health, For Strength” and is on a mission to be a leading provider of fitness and custom apparel that promotes freedom of speech with an occasional twist of objectionable honest sarcasm.
We are a local, small business who specializes in making apparel that fits your needs - whether it be fitness gear, school spirit wear, reunion shirts, race tee’s, uniforms, and much much more! And we aren’t stopping there! We are able to screen print any type of clothing (t-shirts, sweatshirts & pants, tanks, masks, etc.) as well as embroidering & customizing specialty items (think cups, mugs, pens, stickers, etc.), basically anything you need customized, we can get it for you!
Our company began in May of 2019 in Grafton, Ohio as a way to create custom apparel for our gym family at 15:13 Fitness and Strength. Through word of mouth and referrals we quickly started to grow and launched our official business to do so much more!
We love making apparel and promotional items for all types of businesses and individuals to suit their needs. We promote and celebrate others with our custom work that will help you advertise, stay motivated, show your spirit and will make you feel confident in your apparel, whether it be for game day, rest day or work day, our gear will carry you through.
Meet the Team
KIM WILLIAMS, CO-FOUND & CO-OWNER
Kim has been in the Health & Fitness industry for over 30 years as a Nurse, Athlete, Coach and Trainer and it absolutely shows! She is a beast in the gym as well as in her business management skills.

Kim knows how to tackle any project she sets her mind to and uses her keen eye and experience to get the job done and done correctly. She spent years ordering, waiting and wearing gear from other companies and realized she could make it herself, feel comfortable and have her orders completed quickly.
Kim is organized, efficient and responsive and will work with you to get exactly what you are looking for. Her business is her passion and she wants to help others to be successful in all aspects of life.
Kim is a Grafton local with her husband Scott and two very large, very goofy yellow labs. They have three wonderful children and their first grandbaby on the way!
SHAWNA JOHNSON, CO-FOUND & CO-OWNER
Shawna worked in the higher education field for almost 20 years when she decided it was time for a change. She has always had interest in screen printing and design and now she gets to bring this previously untapped passion to life! Shawna is the brawn behind the operation and could single handedly knock out a hundred t-shirts or more without breaking a sweat (we recommend her using two hands though to make it faster).
Shawna is passionate about what she does and always wants to learn more. If she doesn’t know how to do something already, she will find the answer so she can improve her skills even further. She has an artistic eye and uses it to turn your ideas into unique designs. Shawna pushes herself to get orders processed as quickly as possible and will do whatever she can to make the customer happy with her work. Screen printing has been and amazing experience for her so far and she’s not slowing down anytime soon!
Shawna lives in Elyria with her husband Jamie and their two adorable yorkie fur babies.
